Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine ground beef with salt and black pepper, then form into 4 patties.
  2. 2Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side until browned.
