Jon is a Queens native and a graduate of Brooklyn College with a degree in economics. Before joining Healthy Heart, he spent 10 years working as an administrator for a chain of adult care centers in New Jersey, where he saw the need for multicultural meals that reflect the diverse communities being served. At Healthy Heart, Jon focuses on building a supportive workplace that provides quality food services to clients. He cares deeply about serving underserved populations and making sure each client receives thoughtful, reliable care.

CFO

Originally from Serbia, Filip serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Healthy Heart, bringing years of experience in financial management within the food service industry. Known for a meticulous approach and exceptional attention to detail, Filip ensures that all financial operations align with the company's strategic goals. In addition to their financial planning and analysis expertise, Filip is adept at leveraging technology to improve financial reporting and streamline processes.

Michael Golub

Michael Golub

Director of Food and Beverage

Chef Michael joined Healthy Heart with over 20 years of culinary experience. As the Executive Chef, he is responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of meals in large-scale operations such as schools, shelters, senior centers and corporate dining services. His role involves a mix of culinary expertise, management skills, and collaborating with our registered dietician to design our menus. From his travels, Chef Michael has developed a mature palate and uses this to infuse flavors from his global travels to create culturally diverse meals.

Elysa Dinzes

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Elysa Dinzes is Healthy Heart's Registered Dietitian, bringing more than twenty years of experience in nutrition and food policy to her role. With her extensive background, Elysa works diligently to ensure the nutritional excellence of every Healthy Heart meal, tailoring menus to meet all regulations and each of our customer's unique needs. Having spent almost a decade working for NYC Aging where she oversaw 300+ meals programs, Elysa has a deep understanding of the intersection between public and private entities.

Terriq Davidson

Terriq Davidson

VP of Strategic Partnerships

Terriq is the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Healthy Heart where he brings a wealth of experience in building and nurturing strategic alliances within the food service industry. Beyond his professional achievements, Terriq is deeply committed to community outreach. Terriq hails from Jamaica and brings his love of foreign cuisine with him! Terriq is a self-proclaimed foodie and the unofficial taste tester at Healthy Heart.

Yordy Pimentel

Director of Operations

With over 12 years of dedicated service in the food service industry, Yordy is a seasoned professional known for his strategic vision and operational expertise. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Healthy Heart, Yordy plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the company's operational activities. A Queens resident and a huge Kobe fan, Yordy is all about the Mamba Mentality.

Operations Manager

Hoa, originally from Vietnam, has been part of the Healthy Heart team for 9 years. Hoa's day begins at 4 am when he begins packaging meals in temperature-regulated bags and cooking breakfast for congregated sites. He assists with packing, cleaning, and operating the forklift. Hoa's favorite part about working at Healthy Heart is that he is accepted for being himself. Hoa is innovative and enjoys bushcraft.

Director of Client Relations

As the Director of Client Relations, Aaron brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to cultivating strong client partnerships. With a career spanning 22 years in client management and relationship building, Aaron has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. When Aaron isn't working, you can find him spending time with his family and outdoor cat. Aaron enjoys playing basketball, traveling, and anything having to do with the outdoors and nature.

Office Manager

Magdalena, a Brooklyn native, joined Healthy Heart four years ago. As office manager, she speaks with clients and provides the exemplary customer service that Healthy Heart is known for. Maggie is so beloved by clients - in the summer, some schools call her just to say hi! A mom of 3, Maggie hopes to travel to Italy someday.

One of our Food Service Advocates, Irvin Saravia is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the customer service and food industry. A native of Long Island, Irvin has built a diverse background working in several restaurants, as well as in construction project management across all five boroughs of New York City. In addition to his industry expertise, Irvin brings more than six years of experience in team building and supervision, demonstrating a strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. He is deeply committed to supporting partners and maintaining strong client relationships, communicating daily to ensure food quality, customer satisfaction, and a clear understanding of client needs and concerns. Irvin’s dedication, leadership, and hands-on experience make him a valuable asset in delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.
