Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
