Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. 2Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vibrant green and crisp-tender. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. 3In the same skillet, add the remaining vegetable oil. Stir-fry the ginger and garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. 4Add marinated beef to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
