Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey breast cutlets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. 1Season turkey cutlets with salt, pepper, and dredge in flour, shaking off excess.
