Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions
