Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
